Return & Exchange Policy

We ensure every customer remains fully satisfied with all purchased beds, mattresses and wardrobes, offering returns and exchanges within 30 calendar days from the official delivery date. All returned or exchanged items must stay completely unused, unassembled, unopened, and in original brand-new condition with all original packaging, protective wrapping, tags, accessories, and factory seals fully intact and unmodified. Customized products, final sale clearance items, and goods that have been used, assembled, installed, slept on, stored with items, damaged, altered, disassembled, or repaired by customers are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Specifically, beds that have been fully assembled and fixed indoors, mattresses that have been used for sleeping or unpacked for long-term placement, and wardrobes that have been installed and used for clothing storage cannot be returned or exchanged for household hygiene, structural integrity, and quality control purposes.
